The organiser is pleased to offer an optional tour of the Citadel of Namur. The tour, lasting 2 hours, with a commentary available in English and French, will give you the opportunity to discover the mediaeval history of the Citadel together with its network of underground passages unique in Europe.
Transportation will be provided from the 3 hotels listed below.
There will be an Ice breaker Dinner on 27 October at 8 pm at the Arsenal, Namur. Transportation is arranged for the event. On 28 October, there will be a Gala Dinner starting at 8:30 pm. Participants will be taken to the dinner by bus.
The organization has booked rooms in three hotels which are presented in the Description of hotels page. If you want to stay in one of these hotels, please use this form to book your room.
Your room reservation will be confirmed by e-mail. Depending on the hotels' availabilities, you could be invited to choose another hotel. After confirmation of your room reservation, the hotel will send you an e-mail with the payment terms.
Bus transfers have been arranged to transfer attendees from the airport/station* to the hotels upon arrival on Wednesday 27 October and return transfers from the hotels to the airport/ station* have been arranged for Friday 29 October. There will be a host at the airport/station on Wednesday to guide passengers to the bus. You're free to book this service or to travel by your own means.
*Brussels Airport (BRU), Brussels South Airport - Charleroi (CRL), Brussels Midi Station. The shuttle service is not available from other places at which attendees arrive.
